Snow Shoeing is something for everybody that can walk. It looks very easy but it can be hard work to lift the skies, but it is a very very good exercise. It can extend your hiking or running season if you live in areas with snow. Basically you just walk as you would normally do but are able to stay on top of the snow due to the snow shoes.
On top, you can snow shoe many trekking trails and routes that you can't ski on due to trees or low-snow conditions.
