What about a weekend full of action - walking on ice close to the famous Eyjafjallajökull glacier, an awesome ATV adventure, exploring a lava cave, go snowmobiling on one of Europe’s largest glaciers and bathing in the mineral rich waters of the Blue Lagoon? Tour Itinerary:
Day 1 (Thursday): Arrival in Reykjavik
Arrival in Keflavik airport. Shuttle bus transfer to your hotel.
Day 2 (Friday): Walk on Ice near Eyjafjallajökull Volcano & Northern Lights Hunt
Take a walk on the Ice Side, 09:00 - 19:00
Within a little less than two hours drive from Reykjavík is Eyjafjallajökull glacier, and just a little further the Sólheimajökull glacier tongue extends down from Mýrdalsjökull, Iceland´s fourth largest glacier. A glacier hike is a great way to experience Icelandic nature. We take an easy glacier walk on crampons up on to the ice field where a wonderland of ice sculptures, ridges and deep crevasses awaits discovery. During the hike you learn more about these disappearing giants. We will provide and teach you how to use basic glacier equipment for this tour. On the way back we make two stops, at the striking waterfalls Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss.
Included: Bus fare with audio guidance, 3 - 3.5 hours guided glacier hike, ice hiking gear & safety equipment, pick up is up to 30 minutes before departure

Northern Lights Hunt, 21:00 - 00:00
The Northern Lights, also known as the Aurora Borealis, are a spectacular natural phenomenon, often seen dancing around in fantastic colours across the Icelandic Arctic sky. The Northern lights are caused by the interaction of particles from the sun with the upper atmosphere near the North Pole. This creates this wonderful light effect, known as the Aurora Borealis. The locations visited are different every tour since we go where it’s most likely to see the Northern Lights each day. This tour is dependant on weather and sightings are not guaranteed. If you don't see any lights on your tour you are welcome on another Northern Lights tour free of charge. Refreshments not included.

Day 3 (Saturday): ATV Adventure & Blue Lagoon
Lava beach ATV Tour & Blue Lagoon, 11:00 ~ flexible return
On this tour, you drive on mountain roads towards and over the mountain Festarfjall. From there you will head to the black sandy beach called Selatangar where you will get off the bike and explore some of the old ruins that are still to be found on the beach. After a brief stop, you continue the ride with more exciting mountain safari.
The ATV tour takes two hours, after which your guide will bring you back to the Blue Lagoon. There you can either spend the rest of the afternoon bathing in the lagoon and take the bus back to your hotel.
Included: Return bus fare to the Blue Lagoon, 2 hour ATV tour ( 2 persons per ATV; single person per ATV at extra cost), pick up is up to 30 minutes before departure, Blue Lagoon admission.

Day 4 (Sunday): Golden Circle Super Jeep Tour with Snowmobile
Golden Circle Super Jeep Tour & Snowmobiling, 09:00 - 18:00 or 19:00
The Golden Circle tour allows visitors to get in touch with some of Iceland’s most famous and exciting natural phenomena. Our first stop is at Þingvellir National Park, one of Iceland’s most significant historical sites due to the fact that it was here that Iceland’s first parliament was founded, in the year 930 AD. From Þingvellir we head along mountain tracks toward the world-renowned geothermal area around Geysir hot spring, the one spouting hot spring on Earth after which all other spouting hot springs are named. From there we continue on to Gullfoss (“The Golden Waterfall”) where you can stand so close to the edge that you can feel the spray of the glacial water on your face. Next we kick into action and get even closer to Iceland’s nature and go for a snowmobiling tour on Langjökull, Iceland’s second largest glacier. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary according to weather and road conditions.
Pick up: Between 08:30-09:00 from all hotels & guesthouses in Reykjavik

Please note: Choices of roads and availability of activities are condition dependent. For snowmobiling tours drivers need to present a valid driver’s license .2 persons share each snowmobile. Lunch and refreshments are not included in the prices and please note that operation period is dependent on snow layers.
Day 5 (Monday): Departure from Reykjavik
Morning free to explore more of Reykjavik. Shuttle bus transfer back to Keflavik airport. Return flight.
