See Sweden at your pace on quiet paths or country lanes. Bring your bike or hire from our trusted suppliers. Bring the family or explore solo or in guided groups. Sweden's summer may not be long, but from May to late September, cycling is a great way to get to know Sweden and the Swedish people, most of whom speak very good Engllish.
Try Sormland and the Swedish Archipelago south of Stockholm, Sweden's fascinating capital. 24,000 islands will give you plenty to wonder at. Fly into Stockholm, the Venice of the North, and cycle through the luxuriant countryside just to the East of the city. Visit the seaside village of Dalaro and relax on secluded sandy beaches.
if you've ticked the box on Stockholm, try Gothenburg, Sweden's second city. Eminently walkable, Gothenburg sits on the national cycle path, Cykelsparet, which can take you all the way to the Norwegian border. Enjoy the inland forests and lakes of the Bohuslan region and pedal on to the small towns of Lysekil and Stromstad. Go all the way to Svinesund where you will gaze open-mouthed - or maybe not - at the beauty of the Idefjord, the border between Sweden and Norway. Be prepared for some none too interesting industrial landscape on your route out of Gothenburg, but the fairy tale castle of Kungalv does make the pedalling worthwhile.
We know Sweden and we will take you there.
