Day 1: Arrival in Tallinn
Upon arrival in Tallinn, you will be met and transferred to Old Town or city centre hotel for your overnight stay. The evening is free to explore the city. Tallinn is a charming city with an incredibly well preserved, picturesque medieval Old Town packed with lots of restaurants and bars. The city has a very Scandinavian feel to it, with its minimalist interiors, fairy tale like Old Town, and the steel and glass skyscrapers clustered nearby.
Day 2: Tallinn – Stockholm
Breakfast at the hotel, with time to explore more of Tallinn before making your way to the port for an overnight cruise to Stockholm at 18.00.
Cruise ship MS Baltic Queen operate on the Tallinn - Stockholm route. The ship offers a good range of accommodation, including spacious suites. This mobile entertainment centre has a lot to offer, for example a show bar, pub, disco, variety of restaurants, children's playroom and many other possibilities to enjoy during the voyage. Day 3: Arrival in Stockholm
Buffet breakfast onboard the ship. Arrive in Stockholm at 10.30 and make your way to Hotel Scandic Sergel Plaza or similar. Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, is built on 14 islands and you are never far from the water. Well-preserved medieval buildings stand alongside modern architecture, and just outside the city the archipelago of 24 000 islands is waiting to be explored. Sights of interest are the Vasa Museum, Skansen Open Air Museum, City Hall, the Old Town (Gamla Stan) and much more. We recommend a sightseeing tour by bus or boat.
Day 4: Stockholm – Helsinki
Breakfast at the hotel and free time in Stockholm. In the afternoon make your way back to Stockholm harbour for an overnight journey to Helsinki at 16.45.
The Stockholm-Helsinki route is operated by two of the most luxurious cruise ships in the world, the sister ships MS Silja Serenade and MS Silja Symphony. In the heart of both ships there is a 142 m long glass-roofed Promenade which can be seen through cabin windows on both sides of the Promenade. Buffet breakfast onboard the ship. Arrival in Helsinki at 10.30. Accommodation at the Scandic Hotel Continental or similar. Finland’s capital offers a wide variety of things to experience, ranging from an array of architectural, art, design, and cultural offerings to great shopping facilities. Its proximity to the sea and forest gives Helsinki a distinctive ambience. Sights of interest are the historical centre, Senate Square, the Parliament building, Finlandia Hall, the Sibelius Monument Temppeliaukio Church (Rock Church), and the magnificent Suomenlinna Maritime Fortress.
Day 6: Departure from Helsinki
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule.
